What do you think of my hoby?
I was wondering what society thinks of people who collect inflatable pool toys. I do this and am wanting to get into the Guiness Book of records with it. All comments welcome.
My parents are in their 60s and don't think it is right for me to be collecting this stuff. I enjoy it and think it is a cheap and inexpensive hobby (compared to my dad's models).
I don't know about society, but I don't see any harm in it. Hey, whatever floats your boat (no pun intended 
)
I'm wondering about your collecting habits though, are you keeping your collection neat and orderly, or are they strewn about? Perhaps your parents are not as much worried about WHAT you are collecting, but the mess it makes. Especially if you live in a small house. Even uninflated, collections take up space. And to amass enough to break a record, you are going to need one heck of a lot of storage space!
