How can I promote my Quiznos?
I am opening a new Quiznos shop and I am trying to come up with various methods of promoting. I have placed signs all around the store so people driving by know that we are coming soon. I have sent out flyers to all local residential areas. I am going to be visiting all local businesses and offering free sample platters and discounts for employees. I will have a person wearing the Quiznos mascot costume for at least the first week we are open. I have an inflatable flailing arm things to place on top of the store. I will have huge banners placed on my truck so people driving by the store can see them. I have looked into radio advertising but I do not think that will be worth what it will cost me. Can anyone think of any other ideas to help me promote my grand opening?
The best thing for getting your business listed locally is to also sign up for Google and Yahoo maps and you list your business name and address. This ensures that after someone does a search from your locale that your store will come up on the first page of Google under a Quizno's search at the very least.
