Need advice on son's birthday party! Also, what was your experience when inviting the class? ?
Ok, my son in in preschool, and he is having a party next weekend- not this coming, but the following. Anyway, I sent home invitations this past Friday and asked for RSVPs- leaving my e-mail address and phone number. NO ONE has RSVP'd yet!!! If I don't hear from anyone should I expect no one to show up? I am also going to invite kids outside of school in case that disaster happens!
His party is at a big arena full of Inflatable slides, jumpers, etc.- ton of fun! So, I would think people would show. But, I don't know any of the parents at all.... Any feedback helps! Thanks!
Also, I asked that they RSVP by this Friday (a week before the party), so it's not like it's past due or anything. But, I am just wondering if anyone else has experience with no RSVPs- shows/no shows at kids parties. Thanks!
Would the party be at Pump It Up because that place is amazing! I wouldn't worry about the no RSVP's. People are just very busy and sometimes forgetfull. When I was in preshool, I had a party and invited part of the class and no one was RSVPing so my mom asked the teacher for a list with phone numbers and explained to the parents that you need to give the place where you are having the party a number of people. The parents won't mind because they can get to know you and you can answer any questions they have about the party. Good Luck and Happy Birthday to your son!
